Metallic effects are highly pigmented very strong colour powders. You can use them on their own as eyeshadows or makeup. You can use them in craft as mica powders. Mostly they are mixed either in face and body paint for a more pigmented blend, or mixed with mixing liquid to create a smooth metallic ink. SO COOL!
