Using the wand in a design

A wand works best as the finishing prop for a magician face rather than the centrepiece: paint the top hat, stars or sparkle trail on the cheek first using a black and gold palette, then hand over the wand for the child to hold up in photos. It also suits a magic trick party game where the wand is the object being found or passed between guests, rather than a face painting tool in its own right.
