Cameleon Base Line 45g - Strong Black
Cameleon face and body paints originate from the Netherlands and are of superb quality! Cameleon facepaints are highly pigmented resulting in true colour results. Like other acacia senegal gum based paints, Cameleon requires a little water to activate the paints. Typically a softer consistency than other paraffin wax based face paints, Cameleon paints are easy to load onto the brush, allowing for smooth consistent results. Strong Black is as the name suggests a solid black velvet colour, making it fantastic for detailing work and for Halloween Characters.

Top Brush techniques for face painting. Learn how to be a face painter with The Face Paint Shop!
1. Dip your face painting brush in water, and rub it against the face paint.
2. Holding your brush
comfortably on an angle just like a pen, with your little finger touching the
surface of the face lightly for stability.
3. Paint a thin, even
line with confidence.
4. Then paint another line a little thicker and then one a
little thinner.
5. Get use to the different pressures to make different
thicknesses.
6. Try one line with
different thicknesses in one stoke. Always making sure your lines are crisp.
NOTE:
The Paint should glide easily and even on the skin. If the paint starts to drag, the brush is too dry, if the paint drips or bleeds into the skin, the brush is too wet, it may take a bit of practice to get the consistency right, also depending on the paint – brands and colours can perform differently to each other so it’s good to get to know how each of your colours perform.
