How do you apply metallic pigment powder?
Metallic pigment is best applied over a slightly tacky base, not dry skin. Mix it with a mixing liquid or press it onto a cream layer with a flat brush. Mehron Metallic Pigment Powder - Copper gives a warm, rich finish, and a little goes a long way on the cheekbones and brow.
