Mehron Metallic & Sparkles

Mehron's metallic range is loose pigment powder, not premixed paint, so a Mehron Metallic Pigment Powder in Gold, Silver, Copper, Bronze, Lavender or Rose Gold needs Mehron Mixing Liquid stirred in before it goes anywhere near a face.
