Skin Tone Palettes

Half of this page is skin tone in the literal sense, TAG and Diamond FX's Skin Tone palettes and Cameleon's Dermaniac. The other half is character make up that happens to build in a skin tone as part of a bigger look: Mehron's Tri-Colour palettes (Vampire, Pirate, Monster), the Tattoo Covering Palette Wheel and Diamond FX's Cosplay 12 x 10g.

Choosing between them

• A flat skin coloured base under other work: TAG or Diamond FX Skin Tone, both 6 x 10g.
• Covering a tattoo or blemish: Mehron's Tattoo Covering Palette Wheel.
• A full character look built around a skin tone, such as a vampire or monster: the Mehron Tri-Colour sets.

For denser, water activated skin coverage in a bigger case, Cameleon's Dermaniac palette is 12 x 10g rather than 6. See skin tone cakes for single colour versions of the same shades.
