Shipping and Eco-Friendly Packaging Policy
The Face Paint Shop is located at 1 Sherwood court Wantirna South. We are open 6 days a week. You can make an order by shopping online at this website, or by calling us on 03 9013 0840, emailing us at ask@thefacepaintshop.com.
All your orders are picked by the same staff that answer your question, emails and phone calls.
We securely wrap your precious items as quickly as we can, and have them arranged for shipping.
We track every parcel either by courier, express shipping labels, or regular Australia post tracking stickers.
Eco-Friendly Packaging Policy
You might notice a change in our packaging when we send your face paint order to you. The Face Paint Shop is driving towards a 100% reusable, recyclable, or sustainable packaging with a phase out of unnecessary and excess packaging.
A long time ago we used to wrap our orders in fancy wrapping paper and ribbons. They looked beautiful and customers appreciated their order looking like a gift. However, after the initial excitement, the wrapping paper and packaging was thrown out and destroyed. We as The Face Paint Shop have decided we would rather go green with our new packaging policy.
When you order from The Face Paint Shop, you can expect
• Recycled or eco-friendly packaging
• Reuse of supplier bubble wrap and packaging.
• Reuse of cardboard, inners and boxes
• Compostable or recycled bubble wrap where possible
• As close to possible to zero waste
• Reduced additional paper print outs.
• Overall less unnecessary paper
And still the same love and attention to detail in packaging for your order that you have come to expect from our team. Your order will still be safely and secured packaged, but with recycled or reused bubble wrap, eco-friendly packaging, and sustainable materials.
We will also no longer be printing your order sheet. Instead, a copy is emailed to you when you make your order. You can also log into your account to view purchases.

Standard Post + Signature $11.99
Not in a hurry for your paints? The Face Paint Shop uses both Australia Post and Fast Way couriers. If you are within Australia – anywhere in Australia – we have a flat rate of $9.99 Your shipping costs won’t change even if you order especially heavy products.
For extra security we offer delivery with a signature service for a flat rate of $11.99.
Express Shipping Australia
Spend over $200, and your express post shipping is FREE!
Express Post $14.50
Express Post + Signature $16.50
If you need your paints ASAP, or are worried regular shipping will be slow in a regional area, we highly recommend express shipping. Express shipping flat rate $14.50 for a normal order. If you request express shipping, your order is picked, packed, and taken to the express shipping counter within an hour (during business hours). Express shipping is “overnight” however this depends on where you are located. Some regional areas may take 1-2 days. Ensure your order is placed before 3pm to receive it overnight.
For extra security, we offer express delivery with a signature for flat rate of $16.50
Please Note: Free Regular Standard Post, and Free Regular Express shipping is offered once the respective free shipping threshold has been reached. For a signature service, the flat rate of $11.99 for standard, and $16.50 for express applies.
Customers who select postal services without a signature accepts liability in regards to safe drop/unattended deliveries, this includes the potential theft of a parcel post delivery. Customers who select delivery without a signature are strongly encouraged to leave a note on the order if they have specific instructions regarding delivery.
Same Day Shipping Melbourne

The Face Paint Shop is proud to offer same day shipping for certain parts of Melbourne and Victoria. The catch is it’s fairly pricey, and you must place you order before 11am. If require this service, please call us on 03 9013 0840 with your order and location, and we will quote you for same day shipping rates.

International Shipping

The Face Paint Shop ships worldwide! Rates are based on weight, we do not have any control over cost. International customers will be presented with shipping options on check out.
On average International Standard has a transit time of 8 - 14 business days. International Express has a transit time of 5 - 8 business days. Transit times are subject to delays, please allow extra time for your parcel to arrive.
