Face Paints that glow!

Neon face and body paint cakes have an ingredient that makes the cakes UV Reactive. This means they will GLOW spectularly under a blacklight. Not to be confused with glow in the dark which is very different. Neon cakes are bright and colourful on their own. You may need to use slightly more water as the UV ingredient dries the cakes a little. Then allow your creations to GLOW at discos, bowling and anywhere with a blacklight!
