The Face Paint Shop is located at 1 Sherwood Court, Wantirna South, and we are open 6 days a week. You can order by shopping online at this website, by calling us on 03 9013 0840, or by emailing ask@thefacepaintshop.com.
All your orders are picked by the same staff who answer your questions, emails and phone calls. We securely wrap your precious items as quickly as we can and have them arranged for shipping, and we track every parcel, either by courier, express shipping label, or regular Australia Post tracking sticker.
Please note: tracking numbers and automatic invoices can only be issued to email addresses. If you would like tracking updates as well as an invoice for your order, please include a valid email address when you buy.
Why we stopped using the fancy wrapping paper
You might notice a change in our packaging when we send your face paint order to you. The Face Paint Shop is driving towards 100% reusable, recyclable or sustainable packaging, and phasing out unnecessary and excess packaging.
A long time ago we wrapped orders in fancy wrapping paper and ribbons. They looked beautiful and customers appreciated their order looking like a gift. After the initial excitement though, the wrapping paper and packaging was thrown out and destroyed. We decided we would rather go green.
Your order is still packed with the same love and attention to detail you have come to expect from our team. It is still safely and securely packaged, just with recycled or reused bubble wrap, eco-friendly packaging and sustainable materials.
We also no longer print your order sheet. A copy is emailed to you when you order, and you can log into your account any time to view your purchases.
Send us your empty containers
Have you got heaps of splitcakes and empty face paint containers and you are not sure what to do with them? The Face Paint Shop will take your empty and clean containers as part of our recycling program. We use them for making custom cakes, confetti cakes, or pass them on to other painters.
Drop your containers off in person or post them to us. Please make sure they are clean, not broken or cracked, and remove any stickers if you can. We will clean them and give them more life.

Regular post is a flat $9.99 anywhere in Australia, and express post is a flat $14.50. The rate does not change even if you order especially heavy products.

Spend over $115 within Australia and your regular post shipping is free. Spend over $200 within Australia and your express post shipping is free.

The vast majority of orders are dispatched the same day we receive them. During busy periods and sale events, please allow an extra 1 to 2 business days. Express orders placed before 3pm are picked, packed and taken to the express counter within an hour during business hours.

Yes. New Zealand rates are based on weight and we have no control over the cost, so you will be offered prices at checkout.

The Face Paint Shop ships worldwide, with rates based on weight and presented at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import taxes or tariffs charged on arrival, so please check your own customs office before ordering. We stand with Ukraine and have ceased all shipping to Russia.

Possibly. We stock a number of products manufactured in China, which may be subject to recent tariff charges. If you would like to avoid those costs, brands such as TAG Body Art and Diamond FX are not manufactured in China. Import taxes and tariffs are the buyer’s responsibility, so please check with your customs office before ordering.
