Leanne Courtney is a fabulous face painter in Sydney Australia. She wanted particular combos for her split cakes and first created the original famous Leanne's Rainbow with the double yellow. She was making them by hand until she teamed up with Fusion to create them commercially. Since then, Fusion has supported her to create a range of beautiful split cakes usually with neon elements that give the famous Leanne bright and vibrant effect.
