The Face Paint Shop wants your shopping to be stressfree. That’s why, in in addition to your consumer rights, we offer a exchange and refund program for customers who have purchased items within the last 14 days.

The Face Paint Shop will accept returns if the items are returned unused, unopened and in absolute original condition. We do not offer returns for custom made/ordered items or shop vouchers.

Please ensure you wrap your items in lots of bubble wrap and ensure their safety for the trip. We suggest adding tracking so you can watch the journey. We will contact you once your item(s) arrives.

FAQ. 
What does original condition mean?
Unopened, unused and in absolute original condition. This includes the following if applicable. Packaging unopened and undamaged. Bags unopened and factory sealed. No water, liquid, skin contact and/or other to any paints and/or cosmetic items. In original containers. Not tested, washed, cleaned, or used in any way. In no way violation to hygiene procedures. Basically, you didn’t touch them!

Oops. I forgot i did actually use them. 
That’s ok. Our paints are pretty and hard to resist. Your refund or exchange won’t be granted though. If you have already returned you items, you are welcome to have them back again, but of course there are postage fees.

I would like an exchange
Sure! If granted, and reasonable request, we will post your preferred item right out to you. Of course, there is postage fees that we can’t cover. We’ll either call you for the fee difference, or you can include a prepaid bag in your return.

Can custom ordered or made items be returned?
Custom ordered or made items cannot be returned as they have been specifically ordered or made for you. All custom order sales are final once payment for orders have been received and cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind.
